CURRENT STATE

Emotional:  Still in disbelief that I had to go to Administrative court in NYC to defend my Freedom of Speech as a US Citizen working in GOVERNMENT!

I would also like the return of my extra-judicial paycheck deductions and emergency suspension deductions amounting to about $20,000 returned. I have been complaining about this for more than a year since the first illegal deduction.

ACS is not above Civil Service Law! I am a City Research Scientist with tenure guaranteed section 75 protections!
